I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cross. He had to fix my front tooth that had chipped. It was a pleasant time and he is easy to talk to and dosen't mind questions. I did not feel rushed and was very comfortable. His staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr.Cross. My front teeth look like I never chipped them.

When I walked into the office I was treated with warmth and kindness When I made my way to the back where, the actual work was done. The team there prepped me, Doctor Neal came in. She was so professional, yet compassionate. The procedure went flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar experience.

My family and I love this practice! The front office staff are super friendly and helpful! Great friendly, clean, high tech and very professional, but so personable, look no further for a dentist. Dr. Neal is our favorite, she is amazing - a wizard at dentistry, She is down to earth, friendly and caring. You don’t feel rushed here and they keep on time. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks! You aren’t going to get talked into stuff you don’t need either, but suggestions for preventative care are provided. No pressure.

My crown came off and I called their office late in the day. They could not see me then but gave me an appointment first thing the next morning. After taking an X-ray to make sure the tooth was not damaged they cleaned and re-attached the crown. With instructions on what to eat for the next 24 hours I was on my way. The staff there are wonderful, and even though Dr. Patel is not my regular dentist she treated me like her favorite client. I would recommend this group to anyone.
